ADR/RID Audit and Audit Report
A comprehensive review of ADR/RID processes and documentation with a full written report, a list of non-conformities and corrective recommendations. Followed by a verification visit after 2–3 months. On-site or remote.
Annual ADR/RID Report
The statutory obligation to prepare and submit the annual ADR/RID report, handled entirely remotely by a certified adviser. We keep track of the deadline — you send the documents, we take care of the rest.

What consequences will you avoid with proper ADR/RID handling?
The Road Transport Inspectorate (ITD) and the Office of Rail Transport (UTK) regularly inspect companies involved in the carriage of dangerous goods. Irregularities found have financial, operational and legal consequences.
Administrative fines for companies of up to PLN 10,000
The Road Transport Inspectorate can impose a fine of up to PLN 10,000 for a single infringement, and with repeated failures the fines add up. The most common grounds are no appointed adviser, no training and errors in documentation.
Fines for individuals of up to PLN 2,000
Liability does not rest with the company alone — a fine for the driver or the person managing transport can reach PLN 2,000, and more for serious infringements. Ignorance of the regulations is no excuse.
Suspended operations and detained goods
An ITD inspector can stop a vehicle or a shipment until the irregularities are remedied. In practice, delivery delays, frozen goods and downtime costs are often many times higher than the cost of prevention.
Criminal and civil liability
After an accident involving dangerous goods, the authorities examine whether the company fulfilled its ADR/RID obligations. Documented negligence means criminal liability for managers and claims for damages.
