Dedicated ADR Training

What does your company gain from dedicated training?

  • A tailor-made programme – no ready-made slides; every training is built from scratch around your processes and materials.
  • Genuine practical knowledge – employees learn from cases in their own industry, not from other sectors.
  • ISO/SQAS certification support – documentation confirming competencies, useful during audits.
  • On-site at your premises – we come to you at a time that suits your schedule.
  • From PLN 1,000 – individual pricing following agreement on scope, typically 2–4 hours.

What is dedicated ADR training?

Companies that take safety and regulatory compliance seriously know that mandatory workplace training is a starting point, not an endpoint. Detailed knowledge of exemptions, packaging rules, labelling, and specific requirements for particular classes of dangerous materials – these are competencies that genuinely affect the quality of day-to-day work.

Dedicated ADR training and workshops are created exclusively on a bespoke basis and tailored to the specific organisation, its processes and the people who work in it. There is no room for ready-made slides and generic examples – instead, there is a substantive conversation about what your team deals with on a daily basis.

It is also worth remembering that dedicated training is not an alternative to workplace training – it is its complement. In many companies, both types of training operate in parallel and reinforce each other.

For whom?

Companies that want to go beyond the minimum legal requirements

Teams preparing for ISO / SQAS audits

Companies where an inspection has revealed a competency gap

Management wishing to better understand ADR risks

How does dedicated training differ from workplace training?

Workplace training answers the question: does the employee meet the minimum requirements set by the regulations? Dedicated training answers the question: does the employee truly understand what they are dealing with and can they apply that knowledge in practice?

An employee who has completed workplace training knows the regulations exist. An employee who has completed dedicated training knows how to apply them in their day-to-day work – with specific products, specific processes and specific decisions.

What topics do our workshops cover?

The scope of each dedicated training is agreed individually with the client. The starting point is always a conversation – we want to know what the company does, what materials are involved, and where uncertainties arise. Only on that basis do we design the programme. The most frequently covered topics include:

When ADR regulations do not apply or apply in a limited scope. This is one of the most difficult and most frequently misinterpreted areas – companies either unnecessarily apply full ADR requirements where not needed, or incorrectly assume that a given exemption applies to them. A workshop on exemptions allows this knowledge to be systematised once and for all.

How to select the correct packaging for a given dangerous material, how to correctly mark and label consignments, and what documentation must accompany them. Particularly valuable for companies that send or receive dangerous materials within the supply chain.

Many quality and environmental management systems require documented employee competencies in the handling of hazardous substances. Our training provides both the knowledge and the documentation confirming its acquisition – useful during certification and surveillance audits.

If an incident has occurred in the company, an inspection has identified irregularities, or an audit has revealed a competency gap – we will prepare training focused exclusively on that issue. This is the fastest way to address a specific problem.

Do you offer training for the TDT exam?

If your company requires preparatory training for obtaining qualification certificates for filling and emptying transport tanks, which concludes with an examination before the Technical Inspection Authority (TDT) – please contact us. This type of training falls outside the scope of our direct offering, but we work with a trusted specialist who organises it. We will refer you directly to the right person so you do not waste time searching.

Benefits of dedicated training

Every dedicated training is an investment that pays off in concrete situations – fewer errors, fewer complaints, calmer inspections.

A programme created for your company – taking into account your team’s materials, processes and challenges. No examples from other industries.

Employees who understand the regulations in the context of their own work act with greater confidence and make fewer costly mistakes – in documentation, loading and dealings with carriers.

Training documentation can serve as evidence during ISO, SQAS or other system audits requiring proof of employee competencies.

Training is delivered on-site at the client’s premises, at a time that fits the company’s schedule. No need to organise travel or an external venue – we come to you.

Organisational and pricing details

FAQ

Do you have other questions?

Check our questions and answers – together we will clear up any doubts about dedicated ADR training!

Before we prepare the programme, we speak with the client. We ask about the nature of the business, the types of dangerous materials transported or stored, the positions covered by the training, and the specific problems or uncertainties the company faces. Only on that basis do we design the scope – without assuming we know better than you what you need.

Yes – and that is often exactly what we do. In many companies, we first carry out the mandatory workplace training and then – for selected groups of employees or the whole team – provide dedicated training that deepens knowledge in a specific area. Both trainings can take place on the same day or on different dates, depending on the company’s needs.

After each training we issue a certificate of attendance containing the date, the topics covered and the trainer’s details. The documentation can be kept in employees’ personnel files or as part of the safety and quality management system. If needed, we can adapt the format of the document to the requirements of an auditor or ISO system.

Training typically lasts 2–4 hours – the final duration depends on the number of topics and the size of the group. The fee is from PLN 1,000 + travel costs. Pricing is prepared individually following agreement on the scope and location. Contact us and within 24 hours you will receive a concrete proposal.
