What is dedicated ADR training?
Companies that take safety and regulatory compliance seriously know that mandatory workplace training is the starting point, not the finish line. Detailed knowledge of exemptions, packing rules, marking or the specific requirements for particular classes of dangerous materials – these are competences that genuinely affect the quality of everyday work.
Dedicated ADR training and workshops are created solely to order and tailored to the specifics of the organisation, its processes and the people who work there. How does dedicated training differ from workplace training?
Workplace training answers the question: does the employee meet the minimum requirements set out in the regulations? Dedicated training answers the question: does the employee really understand what they are dealing with and can they apply that knowledge in practice?
An employee who has completed workplace training knows that the regulations exist. An employee who has completed dedicated training knows how to apply them in their daily work – with specific products, specific processes and specific decisions.
