This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to the data provided to us through the website at (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect in connection with the provision of our services (“Services” or “Service”), as well as for what purpose and how it is used.
The term “data processing” used in the Privacy Policy refers to information provided voluntarily by Users, as well as information collected automatically (by the so-called “cookies”), and includes all operations on personal data, in particular the collection, recording, storage, development, modification, sharing and deletion, carried out in connection with making the Website available and providing the Services.
The primary purpose of data processing is to consistently improve the Website and Services so that Users can use them in the simplest and most efficient way.

1.1. This EHS Consulting Privacy Policy Agnieszka Kuźmicka, hereafter EHS Consulting. Its purpose is to set out the principles, method of processing and use of data and information from users of the website administered by EHS Consulting, including customers of EHS Consulting, as well as information concerning the rights of individuals with regard to the personal data provided by them.

2. The Administrator of Personal Data
2.1. EHS Consulting is the administrator of personal data provided by users on the website.
2.2. EHS Consulting takes great care to ensure that all personal data is processed in accordance with the purpose for the purposes for services and categories of data processed, as permitted by law.
3. The purpose of processing personal data and legal basis
3.1. Any person submitting personal data to EHS Consulting through the forms on the EHS Consulting website is informed of the specific purpose for which the data is being processed.
3.2. EHS Consulting uses personal data only for the stated purposes. In particular:
a) where a user account is set up on the EHS Consulting website, personal data will be processed for the purpose of operating that account (e-learning). This information is necessary to set up and maintain a user account.
b) in case of contact forms on the EHS Consulting website, personal data will be processed for the purpose of one-time contact in the form indicated with the data subject in relation to the requested request.

The data processed in connection with the conclusion and performance of the contract will be processed in accordance with the applicable regulations, but no longer than the expiry of the period within which EHS Consulting or the user can claim the contract, unless a longer period is required by law.

3. Information security and storage and data processing rules

4.1. EHS Consulting ensures the security of personal data through appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction and damage of data.
4.2. EHS Consulting takes particular care to ensure that personal information is processed in accordance with the rules on the processing of personal data as set out in Article 5 of the RODO, namely:
⦁ principle 1 – lawfully, fairly and transparently,
⦁ principle 2 – collected for specific and legitimate purposes and not further processed in a way incompatible with those purposes;
⦁ principle 3 – adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;
⦁ principle 4 – correct and, where necessary, updated;
⦁ principle 5 – kept in a form which permits identification of the data subject for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed;
⦁ principle 6 – processed in a way that ensures adequate security of personal data;
⦁ principle 7 – in such a way as to ensure the exercise of data subjects’ rights;
⦁ principle 8 – not transferred without adequate protection to countries outside the European Economic Area or international organisations.

4. Data acquisition
5.1. When collecting any personal information, EHS Consulting records where it was obtained from.
5.2. Personal data is collected through:
Online forms – information is collected through the forms available on the EHS Consulting website for contact, questions and comments;
Outside the website – the EHS Consulting website has telephone numbers and email addresses where you can contact us;
Network traffic information and statistics on the frequency of visits to EHS Consulting sites – there is a register of traffic data that is automatically recorded by our server, such as the user’s IP address, the URL visited before the visit to our site, the URL visited after the visit to our site and the pages visited. Statistics on the number of visits to the site and page views are also collected. EHS Consulting is not able to directly determine a user’s identity based on traffic data and site usage statistics.

Our websites do not contain web beacons placed by other advertisers, but we use third parties to collect this information for us. 6.1.  EHS Consulting respects each person’s rights in relation to the processing of their personal data. In particular, every person whose data is processed has a right:
a) to obtain information on the processing of her personal data,
b) the right to access, rectify, complete and modify the data,
c) the right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’),
d) the right to restrict data processing,
e) the right to data portability

6.2. EHS Consulting reserves the right to refuse to take action at the request of the data subject by informing the data subject unless the data subject provides additional information to identify the person.
6.3. Each user who has made his or her personal data available has the possibility to verify, modify or delete them by sending an e-mail to

At the request of the data subject, the controller shall be obliged to provide necessary information within 30 days. More frequent use of the right to information and access to data will be subject to fees in the amount of PLN 50. This fee constitutes justified costs incurred by EHS Consulting in connection with the exercise of the right of access and is allowed by law.
7. The scope of user data sharing:
EHS Consulting declares that it does not sell, share or transfer personal data collected for processing of users’ data to other persons or institutions, unless this is done with the express consent or at the request of the user, or at the request of the state authorities authorized by law for the purposes of their proceedings or activities related to security or defence, for the purposes of legally prescribed tasks carried out for the public good, where this is necessary to fulfil legally justified purposes of EHS Consulting.

However, personal data processed by EHS Consulting may be available to an IT service provider, i.e. (changes in the website, system updates, repairs of website and platform failures, etc.) hosting service provider,, Google Poland sp. z o.o. with regard to website maintenance and marketing campaigns, but only in connection with the statutory activities carried out by EHS Consulting. However, in no case will the entity for which the users’ personal data will be available become the administrator of the personal data processed by EHS Consulting.

Such summaries are mainly related to: the website audience and do not identify individual users (anonymised data). We are obliged to ensure, before passing on information about you to a country outside the European Economic Area, that this country provides adequate protection of your rights. The European Economic Area comprises the countries of the European Union plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. Countries outside the European Economic Area may not provide the same level of information protection as countries within the European Economic Area.

Changes in EHS Consulting’s privacy policy may be influenced by changes in data protection legislation, as well as other factors. Customers and users will be promptly informed of any changes on the EHS Consulting website.

10. Right of appeal
In any case when the rights of an individual resulting from the provisions of law and this privacy policy are considered to be infringed, the individual has the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, with its registered office in Warsaw, at 2 Stawki Street.
