The training is intended for individuals who, as part of their work, may come into contact with carcinogenic, mutagenic, and reprotoxic substances. This includes laboratory workers, employees in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, workers in manufacturing plants, research and development units, and individuals responsible for workplace health and safety. 

Carcinogenic substances are those that can cause cancer. This group includes benzene, formaldehyde, asbestos, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). Mutagenic substances can cause genetic mutations, such as vinyl chloride and formaldehyde. Reprotoxic substances can negatively affect fertility and offspring development, including phthalates, lead, and certain pesticides. 

Training on carcinogenic, mutagenic, and reprotoxic substances increases awareness of the dangers associated with working with these chemicals and teaches proper handling procedures, enhancing workplace safety. Furthermore, the training ensures compliance with legal requirements and helps reduce the risk of serious accidents and occupational diseases. 

The training covers key issues related to the safe handling of chemicals classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic, and reprotoxic (CMR). The program can be tailored to the specific needs of the client, considering the types of substances used at the workplace.
