How does it work?
01. Contact and needs assessment

02. Tailoring the programme

03. Running the training
A course or seminar (min. 64 h) – on-site or as e-learning.
04. Certificate
A certificate of completion, valid for 5 years, ready for a PIP inspection.
Legal basis
Who can perform OHS service duties themselves (Art. 237 of the Labour Code)?
- An employer with up to 10 employees – may perform OHS service duties themselves,
- or up to 50 employees, if the company belongs to a risk group no higher than the third category,
- completed training for employers performing OHS service duties – before taking on those duties,
- exemption from training if the employer holds the qualifications required for the OHS service.
The first training must be completed within 6 months of starting to perform OHS service duties, and repeated every 5 years. It is run as a course or seminar and lasts at least 64 teaching hours.
