What does the chemical documentation audit cover?
Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
We check the structure and completeness of the document, the accuracy of each section, hazard classification, information on ingredients, exposure controls and the internal consistency of the data.
CLP classification and labelling
We verify the classification of the substance or mixture and how it translates into the required label elements: pictograms, signal word, H and P statements and supplemental information.
REACH compliance
We check the information that matters under the REACH Regulation, including registration numbers, the application of restrictions and authorisations, and other duties concerning substances and mixtures.
PCN and UFI
For hazardous mixtures we assess whether poison centre notification (PCN) duties and the UFI code requirement apply.
Detergent documentation
If the product is a detergent, we check the documentation and labelling requirements arising from the applicable detergents legislation.
Additional documentation
Depending on the product, the audit may also cover declarations of conformity, SVHC information, REACH restrictions, C&L notifications, IFRA requirements, rules on substances of particular concern and other documents related to chemical safety.

You send us the documents and we review them against current legal requirements – safety data sheets, labels, product documentation, classification and information on ingredients.

A graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Łódź, where he also completed postgraduate studies in the safe use and management of chemical substances. For over 10 years he has been building experience in placing chemical products on the market, designing and delivering chemical compliance solutions for Polish and international companies.
He specialises in REACH and CLP, as well as in global GHS implementations, which allows him to support clients expanding into markets outside the European Union.
