Who is this audit for?

Manufacturing plants

Manufacturing companies using chemical substances that want to be sure they meet REACH, CLP and OHS requirements for chemical agents.

Laboratories and warehouses

Facilities storing hazardous substances that need verification of storage conditions, zone marking and compliance with safety data sheet (SDS) requirements.

Companies handling CMR substances

Businesses working with carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances or diisocyanates — where legal requirements are particularly strict.

What problems will the audit help you avoid?

Penalties and post-inspection orders

Gaps in safety data sheets, label marking or risk assessments are common causes of fines and orders from the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) and the Sanitary Inspectorate (PIS). The audit identifies them before an inspector does.

Accidents and emergencies

Improper storage, failure to separate substances or faulty protective measures increase the risk of leaks, fire and worker exposure. The audit helps reduce this.

Organisational chaos

An unclear division of responsibilities and outdated procedures make it harder to respond in emergencies. The audit organises chemical management and procedures in one place.

Why entrust the chemical audit to us?

The audit is conducted by Agnieszka Kuźmicka — a chemicals regulatory consultant, court expert, OHS specialist and lawyer. She combines legal and technical expertise — the audit covers both formal requirements and real safety on site.

An expert combining law and practice

The audit covers both formal requirements (REACH, CLP, OHS regulations) and real safety conditions on site — verified by a court expert with technical and legal experience.

A comprehensive approach

We review your entire chemical management — from documentation and classification, through storage and protective measures, to technical infrastructure and emergency procedures.

A concrete result

After the audit you receive a written report listing non-conformities and specific recommendations — a ready action plan, not general remarks. The price includes travel to your location.

How does the process work?

01. Contact and scope agreement

Together we define the areas to be audited (warehouses, laboratories or other indicated locations) and set a convenient visit date.

02. On-site audit

The auditor spends 6–8 hours on site, verifying documentation, storage conditions, protective measures and compliance with REACH and CLP. Travel is included in the price.

03. Report with recommendations

You receive a written report listing non-conformities and specific recommendations to implement — a ready action plan. These are not general remarks but precise guidance on what to change to meet legal requirements.

04. Training and implementation

We complement the audit with an online CMR substances training (2h, up to 10 people) at a reduced price after the audit, and we support the implementation of recommendations and preparation of documentation.

The audit is intended for manufacturing plants, laboratories, warehouses and companies working with hazardous substances, including CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic) and diisocyanates.

The report contains a list of all non-conformities, a risk assessment of each, and specific recommendations — a ready action plan on what and how to change to meet REACH, CLP and OHS requirements.

A chemicals audit begins with verifying the substance register and safety data sheets — we check whether they are up to date, complete and available to employees. We then compare the documentation with reality on the shop floor: whether storage meets requirements, labels are correct and PPE is matched to the specific substances. Finally, a report is produced with non-conformities and a corrective plan with specific deadlines.
