Permanent ADR/RID Adviser Support
A certified ADR/RID Safety Adviser available all year round — visits, training, the annual report and ongoing advice in one monthly contract. ADR under control, with no firefighting.

Who is permanent ADR/RID support for?
Manufacturers working with chemicals
Production plants working with chemical substances, for which handling and transporting dangerous materials is part of daily operations.
Logistics and transport
Logistics and transport companies carrying dangerous goods by road or rail.
Distributors of dangerous materials
Companies trading and distributing dangerous materials, responsible for their correct handling and documentation.
Medical and pharmaceutical entities
Facilities handling diagnostic materials, reagents and waste — often covered by ADR/RID even though they are not transport companies.

What you gain with permanent support instead of ad-hoc
Companies that use an ADR adviser only ad-hoc operate in firefighting mode. Permanent support lets you act ahead of time — and avoid problems before they arise.
The duty to appoint an adviser is met
Appointing an ADR/RID Safety Adviser is a statutory obligation (Article 15 of the Polish Act on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Journal of Laws 2024, item 643). Under the contract, the adviser is formally registered as the person holding this role.
Acting ahead, not under inspection pressure
You don’t wait for an ITD inspection or an audit — the specialist continuously monitors the situation and reacts before a problem appears.
An adviser who knows your company
The specialist regularly visits the site and follows its processes. They don’t waste time gathering basic information at every contact — they can act immediately.
Predictable cost, no surprises
A fixed monthly rate known in advance. No unexpected invoices for interventions, consultations or documentation.
Why choose permanent cooperation?
Permanent cooperation isn’t just convenience — it’s a real advantage: less risk, a lower cost of reacting and the assurance that ADR/RID stays under control all year.
Continuity instead of reactivity
Ongoing monitoring and acting ahead of time instead of firefighting after the fact.
Everything in one place
Training, reports, audit and ongoing advice within a single contract — from one adviser who knows the company’s history.
Preferential terms for regular clients
An ADR/RID audit under the contract is delivered at a lower price than ordering it separately.
How does the cooperation work?
01. Conversation and needs assessment
We start with a conversation — we ask about your business profile, the type and scale of transport and the number of employees to train. On that basis we propose a scope and a monthly rate.
02. Contract and appointment of the adviser
We sign a contract (typically for 12 months) setting out the number of visits, training sessions and the adviser’s availability. The adviser is formally appointed — the obligation under Article 15 is met.
03. Visits, training and reports
We carry out the planned activities — regular visits, workplace and dedicated training, and the annual ADR/RID report, all within one contract.
04. Ongoing advice all year round
Between planned activities we are at your disposal — a phone call or message whenever a question arises about classification, marking or an urgent consultation before dispatch.
What can a permanent support contract include?
The scope is set individually, but typical elements of a permanent ADR/RID support contract are:
Appointment of the ADR/RID Adviser
Meeting the statutory obligation (Article 15 of the Act on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Journal of Laws 2024, item 643) — the adviser formally registered as the person holding this role.
Regular visits to the company
Review of the current situation, verification of documentation and support in implementing changes — a set number of visits per year.
Workplace training
Training for employees within an agreed scope and schedule, without negotiating terms each time.
Dedicated training
Thematic training for specific departments or roles when the company needs it.

Annual ADR/RID reports
The statutory obligation handled by the adviser under the contract — with the deadline tracked for you.
Audit and audit report
At a preferential price — lower than ordering this service separately.
Ongoing phone and email advice
Access to the specialist whenever questions or doubts arise.
Keep ADR/RID under control all year round
We set the rate and scope individually after a short conversation — no rigid packages. Tell us what your company does and we will prepare an offer matched to real needs.
