How does the cooperation work?
Conversation and needs assessment
We start with a conversation — we ask about your business profile, the type and scale of carriage and the number of employees to be trained. On that basis, we propose the scope and monthly rate.
Contract and adviser appointment
We sign a contract (for a minimum of 12 months) setting out the number of visits and training sessions and the adviser’s availability. The adviser is formally appointed — the Art. 15 obligation is fulfilled.
Visits, training and reports
We carry out the planned activities — regular visits, workplace and dedicated training and the annual ADR/RID report, all under one contract.
Ongoing advice all year round
Between the planned activities we are at your disposal — a phone call or message when a question comes up about classification, marking or an urgent consultation before dispatch.
