What does this service involve?
The basis of cooperation is a contract typically concluded for 12 months, which precisely defines the scope of services provided. The contract sets out the number of visits per year, the type and number of training sessions, and the terms of the adviser’s ongoing availability. Billing is monthly – a fixed amount, with no surprises.
Beyond the planned activities – visits and training sessions – ongoing consultancy is available under the contract. A question about the classification of a new product, uncertainty about the labelling of a shipment, the need for an urgent consultation before customs clearance – these are situations where a phone call or message is all it takes. The adviser is available and knows the specifics of your company because they work with it regularly.
What can the contract include?
The scope of services is agreed individually, but typical elements of a permanent support contract include:
- Appointment of an ADR/RID Adviser – fulfilling the statutory obligation arising from Art. 15 of the Act on the Transport of Dangerous Goods (Journal of Laws 2024, item 643).
- Regular company visits – review of the current situation, verification of documentation, support in implementing changes.
- Workplace training for employees – delivered within the agreed scope and schedule, without the need to negotiate terms each time.
- Dedicated training – if the company requires thematic training for specific departments or roles.
- Preparation of annual ADR/RID reports – the obligation fulfilled by the adviser under the contract.

How much does permanent support cost?
The monthly rate depends on the size of the company, the type of activity and the agreed scope of services. Differences can be significant – which is why every offer is prepared individually. Indicative ranges:
Medical and similar entities
Smaller scope, limited number of visits – approx. PLN 250–300 per month.
Manufacturing and larger companies
Extended scope, higher frequency of visits – approx. PLN 1,000 per month and more.
