Take advantage of a subsidy from ZUS to improve occupational health and safety.
Subsidies from ZUS are available to companies of all sizes. In order to take advantage of it, please read the basic information on the ZUS competition below.
We send you a form and, once completed, we are able to suggest suitable areas for funding and the required documents for your application.
We send you a contract. You can choose between three options for the payment of the proposal:
– single payment,
– payment in instalments,
– percentage of success.
After signing the agreement, we start working on the application. that meets the formal requirements: “Application of the contributor for funding of the project on maintaining the ability to work throughout the working life”.
In order to enter the competition, you must meet all of the following conditions:
not being in arrears with payment of social security and health insurance contributions,
not in arrears with payment of taxes,
not to be in bankruptcy, receivership, liquidation, bankruptcy or composition proceedings with a creditor,
not to apply for a subsidy before the lapse of 3 years from the date of payment of the total amount of the last subsidy by ZUS,
not to apply for a subsidy before the lapse of 3 years from the date of reimbursement of the subsidy they were obliged to pay.
FOR WHICH ACTIVITIES CAN YOU RECEIVE A SUBSIDY FROM ZUS?
The aim of the ZUS subsidy is to support entrepreneurs in accident prevention.
Below are examples of activities that fall within the scope of the subsidy:
Forklift truck, electric trolleys
Trench boxes, trench formwork
Protection at heights harnesses
Welding tables with adjustable height, all tables with adjustable height
Machine guarding, guards, switches, bringing to minimum requirements, photocells, harnesses.
The most important document attached is the catalogue of activities in which you will find things for which you can obtain funding.

Remember that the application along with attachments is assessed by CIOP-PIB expert. The number of points received during the application assessment affects only the position of an application on the ranking list. A subsidy will be granted to applications that have received a positive substantive appraisal and the implementation of which is covered by the amount allocated for subsidising projects in the budgetary year.
